I provide individual counseling for adults processing struggles related to identity, self-compassion, food/body image, spiritual upheaval/deconstruction/reconstruction, sexuality/LGBTQ+, relational harm, narcissistic abuse, separation/divorce, grief, singleness, boundaries, family relationships, and life transitions. I care deeply for those navigating spiritual upheaval and loss of belonging. I specialize in relationship to self and am passionate about supporting individuals as they grow in self-compassion, identifying values, and boundaries.
In my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends, taking care of our “best dog ever,” home-crafting espresso drinks (complete with latte art - of course), yoga, ecstatic dance, and am a “forever student,” researching topics, reading & listening to podcasts.
"I have one issue that I care about and that is the dignity and rights of human beings. It's just a single issue. As long as someone is still getting beat up on the playground and on the field for being themselves, I care about it, and I'm going to talk about it, and we're going to talk about it. We can love everyone. We can accept everyone. We can accept all parts of ourselves. That's possible."
